The categories and types of data we will need from you are classified into identification and business contact data and billing and payment data.

Billing and payment information: Billing address, current account number and bank details and/or data necessary to make and complete an invoice.
Payment or card data is not retained or collected in our systems, but is sent directly through the payment gateway to the payment service provider.

In the event that the information you provide is false, incomplete, inaccurate or not up to date, AuthBranding reserves the right to terminate the contracted services or any other contract that may have been signed, among others, as well as any other actions that may assist AuthBranding.
We do not knowingly process data of third parties. In the event that you provide us with data of third parties, we will process the data because you represent and warrant that you have informed these third parties and forwarded this privacy policy to them in accordance with Article 14 of the GDPR. In such a case, you will also provide AuthBranding with relevant information and documentation in this regard.
In order to provide you with our services and offer you our products, it is necessary for us to allow access to your personal data to third party partners, operators or service providers of AuthBranding. These partners, operators or service providers of AuthBranding may only process your personal data in order to provide the corresponding products and services. Therefore, they may not use it for their own purposes or pass it on to third parties.

Some of the suppliers or service providers and entities related to AuthBranding may be located inside and outside the European Economic Area. Internally, we have signed the corresponding agreements that allow the access and processing of data by the different entities always in accordance with the purposes foreseen for this purpose and adopting the appropriate legal measures. In the event that international data transfers are carried out, AuthBranding adopts the relevant legal measures such as the subscription of the corresponding standard contractual clauses.
As a general rule, the data provided will be retained for the time necessary to carry out the purpose for which it was collected and to ensure compliance with the various legal obligations applicable to AuthBranding. In determining the appropriate retention period for personal data, AuthBranding will apply its applicable data retention policy and will take into account the amount, nature and sensitivity of the data; the purposes for which the personal data is processed; and finally, any applicable legal, regulatory or other requirements. The applicable time periods range from one year for data that we collect in recruitment processes, provided that you authorize us to retain it, to a maximum of ten (10) years to the extent that this data is linked to your status as a customer or that you have a relationship with AuthBranding.
However, it may happen that we keep them for periods of time other than those indicated in order to safeguard and/or defend our rights and interests or in compliance with any legal provision.
You may, under the terms established in the regulations on data protection in force at any time, and in accordance with the regulations, revoke at any time the authorization granted for the processing and transfer of personal data, as well as exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, the right to request the limitation of the processing of personal data, the right to portability and the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
