This Privacy Policy regulates the processing of personal data that you as a client, user, candidate or potential client share with us through our Website and our social profiles.

Manage your relationship as a customer to ensure proper management of our business relationship with you (responding to queries and requests regarding the products and services we offer) and ensure proper accounting, tax and administrative management arising from the contractual relationship between both parties.
Investigate and analyze conduct that may violate our terms of service.
Detect, prevent and address fraud, breaches of our terms or policies, and/or any other activity that may be illegal or result in negative consequences.
Analysis and internal studies. Use your personal data to improve the products and services we offer through the performance of analysis and internal studies, reports and statistics that allow us to carry out an adaptation of the activity and commercial information of AuthBranding.

Contest, sweepstakes and/or activity, physical or virtual event organized by AuthBranding. In this case we may process your data to confirm your attendance, send you a reminder of the day and time, contact you in case you are the winner of a contest or sweepstakes.
Recording and image capture. Record and capture your image, name and/or voice and use the images in which you appear recorded or photographed, on the occasion of meetings and other activities that take place, as well as for editing in order to be published and displayed through internal and external communication channels owned by AuthBranding. In this case, AuthBranding will provide you with the corresponding authorization for the use of image rights (name, voice and image).
Video surveillance systems. To guarantee the security of people and facilities, we have security cameras.
Selection processes: work with us. Manage the different open and/or future selection processes by the companies related to AuthBranding.

3. Legal basis for the processing of personal data

The legal bases on which we process your data for the purposes indicated are as follows:

Social networks. The legal basis for the processing of this data is the contractual relationship or the fulfillment of legal obligations in case you are already a customer of AuthBranding and the legitimate interest of AuthBranding.
Contest, sweepstakes and/or activity, physical or virtual event organized by AuthBranding. We process the data you provide to us on the occasion of your participation in contests, sweepstakes and/or activity or event organized by us on the basis of the contractual relationship that binds us as a customer of AuthBranding or on the basis of the specific legal conditions that may apply.

4. Categories and types of personal data

The categories and types of data we will need from you are classified into identification and business contact data and billing and payment data.

Within each of these categories of data are the following types of data that we will request or that you will provide to us at some point in our relationship:

Identification and contact information: Name and surname, mailing address, shipping address, date of birth, telephone number and e-mail address.

Billing and payment information: Billing address, current account number and bank details and/or data necessary to make and complete an invoice.

Payment or card data is not retained or collected in our systems, but is sent directly through the payment gateway to the payment service provider.

Please ensure that the information you provide is accurate, true and up to date. In the event that the information you provide is false, incomplete, inaccurate or not up to date, AuthBranding reserves the right to terminate the contracted services or any other contract that may have been signed, among others, as well as any other actions that may assist AuthBranding.

5. Personal data of third parties

We do not knowingly process data of third parties. In the event that you provide us with data of third parties, we will process the data because you represent and warrant that you have informed these third parties and forwarded this privacy policy to them in accordance with Article 14 of the GDPR. In such a case, you will also provide AuthBranding with relevant information and documentation in this regard.

6. Recipients of the data

In order to provide you with our services and offer you our products, it is necessary for us to allow access to your personal data to third party partners, operators or service providers of AuthBranding. These partners, operators or service providers of AuthBranding may only process your personal data in order to provide the corresponding products and services. Therefore, they may not use it for their own purposes or pass it on to third parties.

Likewise, your personal data may be processed and communicated to the various parties involved and their service providers in the context of preparatory and review actions and acts prior to commercial transactions of any nature, such as and/or substitution in the activity, including but not limited to merger, spin-off, global transfer of assets and liabilities, contribution or transfer of business or branch of business activity, or any business and/or corporate restructuring operation of analogous nature, foreseen in the commercial regulations; as well as within the framework of the aforementioned commercial operations.

We will not transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes, we will send you commercial information about our products and services and about products and services of third parties with whom we have collaboration agreements. We may offer you discounts and advantages with companies with which AuthBranding has reached commercial agreements, but we will not transfer them your data, we will only send you information about their products or services.

7. International data transfers

Some of the suppliers or service providers and entities related to AuthBranding may be located inside and outside the European Economic Area. Internally, we have signed the corresponding agreements that allow the access and processing of data by the different entities always in accordance with the purposes foreseen for this purpose and adopting the appropriate legal measures. In the event that international data transfers are carried out, AuthBranding adopts the relevant legal measures such as the subscription of the corresponding standard contractual clauses.

8. Storage periods

As a general rule, the data provided will be retained for the time necessary to carry out the purpose for which it was collected and to ensure compliance with the various legal obligations applicable to AuthBranding. In determining the appropriate retention period for personal data, AuthBranding will apply its applicable data retention policy and will take into account the amount, nature and sensitivity of the data; the purposes for which the personal data is processed; and finally, any applicable legal, regulatory or other requirements. The applicable time periods range from one year for data that we collect in recruitment processes, provided that you authorize us to retain it, to a maximum of ten (10) years to the extent that this data is linked to your status as a customer or that you have a relationship with AuthBranding.

However, it may happen that we keep them for periods of time other than those indicated in order to safeguard and/or defend our rights and interests or in compliance with any legal provision.

9. Rights

You may, under the terms established in the regulations on data protection in force at any time, and in accordance with the regulations, revoke at any time the authorization granted for the processing and transfer of personal data, as well as exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, the right to request the limitation of the processing of personal data, the right to portability and the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
